TIL: pnpm blocks dependency build scripts

Since pnpm 11, pnpm install fails when a dependency has a build script you haven’t approved. Approve or deny each one in pnpm-workspace.yaml:

false is a deliberate “no”: the install succeeds, and the script never runs.
